About the job
We are looking for a volunteer in accountant. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.
Requirements
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Must have a 3.0 G.P.A. or above
Currently, enrolled in a College or University
Be willing to commit volunteering unpaid intern for part-time 6 months or until project is completed.
